WHAT's INCLUDED?
Our membership package has a core offer of events and personalised support that you can dip in or out of depending on your diary and your development goals.
Themed Plug-ins
We run at least five sessions each year where we focus on an area of common interest, in the past this has included everything from the impact of policy changes, opportunities such as new tech and ways to support better team wellbeing. We assemble a range of experts for an informed conversation, offering support, guidance and inspiration across a range of themes. Depending on what’s ‘current’ across policy, innovation or even knowledge gaps highlighted by our membership, we run 1-2 hours online workshops with sector experts around the key themes

Leaders Live
Each year we run a national conference in London, where we’re joined by some of the leading names and stories in social leadership. Across the day we hear from a mix of ‘been there done that’ leads, new start-ups with a difference, people working around social enterprise such as professional services, academia and policy-makers and people with lived experience.

Regional Recharges
Three times a year we run a plug-in session (one in the north and one in the south). These half day sessions run as a mini ‘Leaders Live’ with a fantastic mix of networking, learning, problem solving and the chance to hear from some brilliant regional speakers. Whether it’s learning about an update on the latest legislation, how to use the latest tech in delivery or hearing about a new approach to an age old problem, these plug-in sessions offer leaders a regular pause in their calendar to re-energise.

Weekly Plug-ins
Every week we run a Friday morning slot where leaders come together online for conversation, support and sharing. This short on-hour session acts as a regular drop-in and problem-solving session with fellow members, led by Craig and Brendan. Sometimes revelatory, always fun... giving members that weekly opportunity to setup out and give themselves some time for focus.

Fingertip support
As a Social Club member you’ll get to join our leaders What’s App group where you can ask for support, advice and introductions of any of the other members. You’ll also have our founder Craig’s mobile number available for any advice and guidance ‘in the moment’, backed up by others you can be connected to for complementary expert advice.

Coaching with our founder Craig can be provided across the short, medium or long term depending on your needs. Our Strategy Days are your opportunity to bring some of the Social Club way of learning into your team. We can provide speakers, structure and most importantly independent facilitation to help you work through thinking, decisions and planning with your team.
